Olof has worked for 20+ years in the pharmaceutical and medtech industries, including Abbott Laboratories and Glaxo Wellcome. He has worked in various roles, including marketing and sales of medicines and medtech products, in both startups and large multinational companies. Additionally, he has built and launched a number of innovative companies from start, both nationally and internationally.

For 20+ years, Karin has worked in international business development, marketing and sales in both startups, multinational corporations and government agencies. She has a broad industry background, which covers roles at Capio and Tetra Pak. During 5+ years, Karin was CEO of Peepoople, which gave her valuable experience in BoP markets, social entrepreneurship and expansion in developing countries.

Johanna is the founder and board member of Trice Imaging, a global leader in cloud-based medical imaging. Today, the company has customers in 40 geographic markets. She is also an active investor. Johanna has many years’ experience in management consulting at Ernst & Young and has also been Vice President of Drama at the media company Metronome.

Krim is a serial entrepreneur and co-founder of several successful companies in multiple industries, such as Nanologica (publ. listed), Exeger, Depalma Work Wear, Zibetto Holding and Zibetto Espresso Bars Inc. in NYC. He is the founder and sole owner of 3TInvest, one of Sweden’s most active seed round Investors. He has also served as Vice President Health and Lifescience at RISE.

Fredrik runs the Sting Accelerate progarm. He has a background as one of the founders of Contur Software, an IT product company in life sciences that operates in an international market (Europe, USA and Asia). In 2011, the company was sold to Nasdaq-listed Accelrys, which is now part of Dassault Systèmes, Europe’s second-largest IT company. Fredrik is currently active in a number of IT companies.

Sara has spent the majority of her career at startups and scaleups in roles such as CMO and COO, most recently at Fishbrain and Kivra. Since 2018, she has coached 50+ founding teams on team development, leadership, scaling team and building company cultures. She also helps them to work better and more efficiently together, making it possible to quickly grow and scale their businesses and organizations. 

Andreas helps Sting companies to expand their teams. He has operational experience in the most common roles in a startup: developer, sales, marketer/growth hacker, and CEO. Andreas is also the founder of 400contacts, an organization that helps newcomers find jobs in Sweden. He has founded and developed startups since 2014.
